“Dear brother/sister,”
“Those who care about their health and want a long life should follow the following advice from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him):”
(1)
“Research shows that the stomach should not be completely full in order to breathe deeply and comfortably. The inability to take a full breath means that life is not being fully lived.”
“Furthermore, the dirty blood that arrives at the lungs to be cleaned, is redistributed throughout the body without having been completely purified; which affects the person’s health. This is because what cleans the blood is the oxygen that enters the lungs through breathing. This is achieved by taking deep breaths.”
“-Take about 16 breaths in one minute. In each deep and complete breath, you take half a liter of air. Therefore, a person takes per day: 16×60 minutes x 24 hours = 23,240 breaths. 23,240 x 1/2 = 11,620 liters of air.”
“Food that we buy with difficulty, cook with great effort, and eat to give us strength, can bring us diseases. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) beautifully expressed in one sentence how bad and harmful it is to eat until our stomach is full: ‘A man does not fill any vessel worse than his own stomach’.”
“(2)” se traduce al español como “dos” o “2”.
“The worst thing a human being can do is eat until they are full, as it is said.”
“Con saludos y oraciones…” = “With greetings and prayers…””Preguntas sobre el Islam”
