Tevrat indirilmeden önce, İsrail’in (yani Yâkub’un) kendi nefsine haram kıldığı hariç, diğer bütün yiyecekler İsrailoğullarına helâl idi. De ki: İşte meydan! İddianızda samimi iseniz Tevrat?ı getirip okuyun!..” (Âl-i İmran, 3/93) Bu ve buna benzer âyetlere göre Tevrat’ın Hz. Peygamber (asm) zamanında orijinal olduğunu, bozulmamış olduğunu söyleyen Hristiyanlar var. Diyorlar ki ”Eğer Tevrat bozulmuşsa ‘Tevratı getirip okuyun…’ niye deniliyor. Bu âyete ve benzerlerine göre tevrat bozulmamıştır.” Cevabınız nedir?
