According to Imam Azam and Imam Abu Yusuf, it is not necessary to be intelligent and have reached maturity in order to be responsible for sacrificing an animal. If the child or the insane person is wealthy, their guardian may sacrifice on their behalf. According to Imam Muhammad, it is necessary to have intelligence and have reached maturity. The fatwa follows this opinion (el-Fetava al-Hindiyye, V/293).”

“El nisab en el sacrificio de la Kurban es la cantidad mínima obligatoria para dar caridad del Fitr. Es obligatorio para un musulmán en esta situación sacrificar un Kurban. (Kasani, V/64).”

“Si hay más de una persona rica en la comunidad según la religión, cada una debe sacrificar un animal por separado.”

“A loan that decreases the nisab does not reduce the obligation of sacrifice. Therefore, those who are able to give the charity of Fitr must sacrifice an animal for Kurban.””Si tanto la mujer como el hombre deben hacer un sacrificio, ambos deben cumplirlo. En este sentido, el sacrificio de su pareja no exime su responsabilidad de sacrificio.”
