According to Enes b. Malik, one of the Ansar came to ask something from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and when the Prophet (peace be upon him) asked him what he needed, he said he had a blanket and a pot. The Prophet (peace be upon him) ordered him to bring them. Then, taking the blanket and pot in his hands, he said, “Who will give something in exchange for these?” One of the companions said, “I will give you two or three dirhams.” After the Prophet (peace be upon him) said this several times, another companion said he would give two dirhams. The Prophet (peace be upon him) sold the objects and gave the money to the Ansar, and ordered him to use part of the money to buy food for his family and another part to buy an axe and bring it. After the man brought the axe, the Prophet (peace be upon him) put a handle on it and told him to use it to cut firewood and sell it in the market, as it was better to earn a living that way than to beg.
“En este hadiz, el Profeta Muhammad (as) utilizó el método de subasta para llevar a cabo transacciones y él mismo lo puso en práctica.”
“No se objetan los procedimientos realizados en nombre de los cargos de registro, gastos y otros gastos incurridos para participar en la subasta.”
