¿Are the following statements correct? What is the truth behind this?
Hz. Aişe, responded to verse 50 of the Ahzab chapter:
“- Hz. Aişe’s reaction to the verse has been as follows:”
“- Hz. Aisha asked questions about the order of the Prophet’s wives and if he could spend more time with one in particular. During this time, another verse was revealed in response to these questions; Surah Ahzab, Ayat 51:”
”- Hz. Aisha, no pudo contenerse después de este versículo:””- Hz. Aisha, she could not contain herself after this verse:”
”Dear brother,”
“First of all, we must clarify that in the hadiths there is no expression that means that, this statement is a slander against the hadith, against our mother Aisha and against our Prophet.”
“La declaración de nuestra madre Aişe es la siguiente:”
“Furthermore, this is not an objection to the verse of Hz. Aisha. She simply could not contain her excessive love and jealousy for the Prophet (peace be upon him) as his wife, and reacted emotionally to the divine permission for his other marriages. And she expressed this reaction by using the phrase “o” which means “that is to say”.”
“Por ejemplo, la información que nuestra honorable madre, la señora Aisha, dijo es la evidencia más clara de esto:”
“Yo condeno a las mujeres que se atribuyen a sí mismas ser las esposas del Profeta (PB) y digo: Allah Todopoderoso:”
“Al descargar el verso sagrado, dije: ‘Mi deseo, mi aprobación, mi satisfacción’.”
“According to Ibn Hajar al-Kurtubi, the word used in the hadith refers to… as stated by the Prophet Aisha…”
“As mentioned in the food verse, the Prophet (PBUH) knows very well that there will be no place for his whims and desires. However, in this matter – his excessive anger and jealousy towards women, have led him to use this expression.”
