‘Sevbân (que Allah esté satisfecho con él) relató: “El Mensajero de Allah dijo:

“En una narración de Abu Dawud se ha dicho lo siguiente:”

“En una narración transmitida por Abu Huraira en Nasai, se ha dicho:”

“El Profeta Hz. ha dicho: Sí, en nuestra religión, a diferencia del cristianismo, el divorcio está permitido y legalizado. Sin embargo, no es aprobado.”

“The wife and husband should have patience with things they don’t like about each other and should not resort to divorce over simple things.”

“En este asunto, las mujeres pueden ser más emocionales, más apresuradas y buscar formas más rápidas de divorcio, por lo que el Profeta las menciona y señala su desaprobación.”

“Due to the fact that divorce is initiated by the woman, the Prophet mentioned the woman in this case. The situation of men who divorce without reason should not be any different.”

“Hadis, las mujeres que se divorcian agresivamente vienen con la intención de ocultar este asunto. No se puede concluir que estas mujeres no entrarán al paraíso.”
