Therefore, it has been accepted that divorce pronounced by a man as a joke or a meaningless word is valid.”

“Because the Prophet (pb) Our Lord said the following:”

“Similar to this, separating from a wife due to someone’s mistake is considered similar to a divorce. Therefore, a believer must be careful at all times with their behavior and the words that come out of their mouth, and must remain under control.”

“Divorciarse con palabras específicas requiere intención. Esto se debe a que las palabras utilizadas pueden tener diversos significados además del divorcio. Por esta razón, todos los expertos en leyes han afirmado esto.”
