“Dear brother/sister,”
“En el comentario de Kurtubi también se menciona el relato relevante de Mukatil, pero no se ha mencionado una palabra adicional que exprese claramente su significado.”
– As it is known, the verb mentioned in the verse is in negative past tense. This structure is absolute and covers the past tense. The difference with the past tense is that it does not indicate if this negativity has continued until now. However, this does not mean that it has ended. In fact, Kadı Beydavî and Ebussuud Efendi understood this negativity as “not yet” and explained it by adding the word “yet” (todavía).
– As mentioned in the verse, if her condition is such, then her “still” should not have experienced menstruation until now. This is because, in case she experiences menstruation, this quality will disappear and the related law will no longer apply to her.
“Así que, no hay diferencia en términos de efectos entre ellos.”
