“Imam Malik, when he issued a judgement on a matter, used to use the words of the previous verse. The subtlety in this is as follows: A mujtahid may reach a conclusion based on a verse or hadith, but this does not necessarily mean that their conclusion is correct. Therefore, their conclusion is not binding for everyone.”
“Use all your effort to reach the truth. Once you reach the final result, you must act and respond accordingly. However, it is not appropriate to consider your conclusion as absolute truth. Since the truth may be different.”
“El Profeta Muhammad (que la paz y las bendiciones de Allah sean con él) hizo una clara distinción entre la religión y la interpretación. Por ejemplo, cuando le preguntó al comandante Büreyde cómo debería gobernar a su enemigo cuando lo rodearan, Büreyde le recordó lo siguiente:”
